Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation seeks a Manager of E‑Commerce Platforms to own platform administration and vendor operations for our DTC storefronts. You’ll manage SaaS tools, vendor relationships, and evaluations of CMS, search, and marketing tools.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and SI partners to enable growth and ensure compliant, scalable stack operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in e‑commerce technology, platform administration, or marketing tech.
• Hands‑on administration of at least one e‑commerce or marketing automation platform such as commercetools, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Experience with SaaS vendors on support, renewals, or account management.
• Participation in at least one software evaluation or vendor selection.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows between commerce, marketing, and analytics systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer platform settings, user access, roles, environments, API credentials, and integrations across SaaS tools.
• Manage licenses, seat counts, and platform spend against budget.
• Coordinate vendor-driven changes like upgrades, deprecations, and feature rollouts.
• Document procedures, runbooks, and access records for audit readiness.
• Serve as day‑to‑day SaaS vendor liaison—tickets, escalations, renewals, and reviews.
• Maintain stack map: components, data flows, owners, contracts, and renewal dates.
• Act as admin for Klaviyo and other marketing tools; ensure data flows across commerce, email, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, Security, Marketing, and Analytics on requirements and constraints.
