American Regent in New Albany, OH is seeking a Component Prep Sanitization and Sterilization Technician II for the Manufacturing Team. You will perform sanitary cleaning, component prep, and sterilization in a clean room, ensuring cGMP compliance and accurate documentation.

You will assist with training Level I technicians and troubleshoot minor equipment issues under supervision, contributing to production schedules and quality of sterile products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year as Component Prep Sanitization and Sterilization Technician I or 2 years similar related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform sanitary cleaning and production prep activities per SOPs and cGMP.
• Handle component prep, sanitization, and sterilization tasks in clean room environments.
• Complete batch records, logbooks, and documentation per quality requirements.
• Operate autoclaves and terminal sterilizers; load/unload sterilizers.
• Train and mentor Level I technicians; assist with equipment troubleshooting.
