Job summary

American Regent seeks an entry-level Manufacturing Team Member for our Hilliard, Ohio facility. You will participate in aseptic compounding, weigh materials, and support sterile operations under supervision. Training includes pH, oxygen checks, and in-process testing to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include material handling, equipment cleaning, and assisting with batch production while maintaining cleanroom standards and safety procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree in chemistry or science is a plus.
• 1–3 years related field work experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing tech such as HMI-PLC/SCADA, Autoclave, CIP/SIP sterilization preferred.
• Ability to work with chemicals and maintain sterile conditions.
• Able to read SOPs and operate in a team environment; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes scales, balances, and load cells to weigh materials and perform batch additions.
• Performs aseptic filtration setup and filter integrity testing.
• Performs mass/concentration calculations to determine batch dosing.
• Cleans, prepares, and sterilizes equipment; supports line clearances.
• Stocks and moves materials to support manufacturing schedules.
