Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills.
• Program for O.D. and I.D. operations, facing, chamfering, grooving, drilling.
• Run first piece, adjust to meet print specs, complete setup paperwork.
• Load parts, cycle machines, inspect parts, and maintain quality.
• Maintain gauges, perform SPC as required, and ensure safety standards.
