Embassy Suites Brunswick seeks a friendly Complimentary Services Attendant to provide high-quality continental breakfast and social hours while keeping the lodge clean and supporting meetings in progress.

You will work in a fast, friendly, efficient, and professional environment, ensuring breakfast and social hour setup is on schedule and presentable, and addressing guest needs within hotel policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent OR 1 year related experience
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Basic math skills and basic computer skills
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily breakfast and evening social hour set-up is on schedule and presentable
• Anticipates and intervenes in guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy guests within hotel policy
• Maintains proper dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily breakfast and evening social hour set-up is on schedule and presentable
• Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests, within hotel policy and service recovery procedures
• Maintains proper dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
