Job summary

Embassy Suites Brunswick is seeking a Complimentary Services Attendant to join our team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality continental breakfast and social hours, while maintaining a clean lodge and supporting meetings with a fast, friendly, and professional approach.

The incumbent will ensure breakfast and social hour setups are on time and presentable, handle guest concerns per policy, and uphold dining standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily breakfast and evening social hour set-up is on schedule and presentable
• Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests, within hotel policy and service recovery procedures
• Maintains proper dining experience
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
