Job Description

Target Pay Rate: 30-40/hr; salary will be commensurate with experience

Summary

The ComplianceWire & LXP Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining content curricula and assignments within ComplianceWire LMS and the organization's LXP. This role supports R&D functional areas by ensuring regulatory compliance through training, managing user access and data, and delivering engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Administer the ComplianceWire LMS, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
2. Create, update, and maintain training content, curricula, and assignments.
3. Generate reports on compliance training, including completion rates and status.
4. Support users with technical issues related to ComplianceWire.
5. Maintain records of training activities for audits.
6. Collaborate with Compliance to meet regulatory training requirements.
7. Partner with leadership to reconcile training completion.
8. Participate in training projects and meetings.
9. Support the implementation and maintenance of LXP, ensuring smooth operation.
10. Develop and deliver engaging learning experiences using LXP tools.
11. Create and maintain LXP content, including courses and modules.
12. Provide technical support for LXP users.
13. Monitor LXP usage and feedback for improvements.
14. Assist in planning and executing training programs using ComplianceWire and LXP.
15. Ensure the quality of learning materials and support user onboarding.

Skills

• 4+ years of quality training experience
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and experience in GxP environments
• Experience with LMS, especially ComplianceWire, and LXP platforms
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
