Job Title: ComplianceWire (GXP) & LXP Learning Specialist

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ

Type: 6 month Contract

Compensation: $60 - $65/hr

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote but must live in EST

Joule is currently recruiting for an LXP Learning Specialist with experience in ComplianceWire. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing content curricula and assignments within ComplianceWire LMS for the Global R&D organization. This role ensures regulatory compliance through training, manages user access and data, and supports engaging and effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer the ComplianceWire LMS for mandated R&D training content, including managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
2. Create, update, and maintain training content, curricula, and assignments within ComplianceWire.
3. Generate reports and metrics related to compliance training, including completion rates and compliance status.
4. Support users with technical issues and questions regarding ComplianceWire.
5. Maintain accurate records of training activities and compliance documentation for audits.
6. Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements.
7. Partner with functional leadership to reconcile training events completed after the due date.
8. Participate in training and learning-related projects as required.
9. Participate in global and local meetings.

Skills:

• 4+ years of quality training experience
• Basic knowledge of GxP requirements; experience in GxP-regulated environments
• Strong understanding of LMS platforms, with experience in ComplianceWire highly desirable
• Experience with LXP platforms and developing engaging learning experiences

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., education, training, technology)
