Role Overview:
The ComplianceWire & LXP Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and managing content curricula and assignments within the ComplianceWire learning management system (LMS) and the Global R&D organization’s LXP (Learning Experience Platform). This role ensures regulatory compliance through training, manages user access and data, and supports the development and delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the ComplianceWire LMS for mandated R&D training content, including managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
- Create, update, and maintain training content, curricula, and assignments within ComplianceWire.
- Generate reports and metrics related to compliance training, including completion rates and compliance status.
- Support users with technical issues and questions regarding ComplianceWire.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and compliance documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements.
- Partner with functional leadership to reconcile training events completed after the assigned due date.
- Participate in training and learning-related projects as required.
- Participate in global and local meetings.
- LXP Support:
- Support the implementation and maintenance of LXP, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility.
- Assist in the development and delivery of engaging learning experiences using LXP features and tools.
- Help create and maintain LXP content, including courses, modules, and other learning materials.
- Provide technical support to users regarding LXP features and functionality.
- Monitor LXP usage and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development Support:
- Assist with the planning and execution of training programs, including both ComplianceWire and LXP-based initiatives.
- Work with training developers to ensure the quality and effectiveness of learning materials.
- Provide support for user onboarding and ongoing training needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of quality training experience.
- Basic knowledge of GxP requirements; experience in a GxP-regulated work environment.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, with experience in ComplianceWire highly desirable.
- Experience with LXP platforms and developing engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
