Job description

Job Title: ComplianceWire (GXP) & LXP Learning Specialist
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
Type: 6 month Contract
Compensation: $60 - $65/hr
100% Remote but must live in EST

Joule is currently recruiting for a LXP Learning Specialist with experience in ComplianceWire. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing content curricula and assignments within ComplianceWire, the LMS of the Global R&D organization. This role ensures regulatory compliance through training, manages user access and data, and supports the development of engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer the Compliance Wire LMS for R&D training content, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions.
2. Create, update, and maintain training content, curricula, and assignments within ComplianceWire.
3. Generate reports on compliance training, including completion rates and status.
4. Support users with technical issues related to ComplianceWire.
5. Maintain accurate records of training activities for audits.
6. Collaborate with the Compliance team to meet regulatory requirements.
7. Partner with leadership to reconcile training completed after due dates.
8. Participate in training projects and global/local meetings.

Skills:

1. 4+ years of quality training experience.
2. Basic knowledge of GxP requirements; experience in GxP-regulated environments.
3. Strong understanding of LMS platforms; experience with ComplianceWire is highly desirable.
4. Experience with LXP platforms and developing engaging learning experiences.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training, technology, or related field.
