Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking a Compliance and Transactions Manager to safeguard policy integrity while overseeing transactional processes for property acquisitions and dispositions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, handle due diligence activities, and ensure contracts are accurately managed within the system, all while maintaining high standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, real estate, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of property management or multifamily housing experience.
• 3+ years in compliance, training, or auditing.
• 3+ years in real estate transactions, operations, or related project management.
• Experience with Yardi, AIRM, and Edge to Learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy and procedure changes; obtain executive approvals.
• Manage property and corporate contracts system: upload, track, maintain.
• Review current policy and procedure for changes based on process/department changes.
• Coordinate due diligence: onsite inspections, lease audits, vendor visits.
• Project manage and be primary contact for transitions in acquisitions and dispositions.
