Qualifications

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement or transaction management.
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience required.
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract to settlement.
• Supervise, train, and manage Transaction Coordinators and Settlement Processors.
• Serve as the escalation point for transaction issues.
