The Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center (L.J.T.C) in Lewisville, Arkansas is hiring a Compliance /Staff Trainer. This role focuses on fostering a safe, structured environment for at‑risk youth and supporting staff through compliance and training initiatives.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in auditing and training, knowledge of PREA/CARF preferred, and the ability to pass background checks, drug and TB tests. Driver’s License required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 4 years auditing and training experience.
• Preferred knowledge of PREA and CARF standards.
• Must pass criminal background, drug, physical and TB tests.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be at least 21 years old.

Mansioni

• Coordinate compliance activities and staff training at the Lewisville Juvenile Treatment Center.
• Promote a safe, supportive environment and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Support youth services and maintain documentation for audits.
