Job summary

Rite of Passage at Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska, is hiring a full-time Compliance Coordinator and Trainer to support licensing and corporate compliance at the site. You will oversee staff and student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, recertifications, and targeted coaching for new hires or performance issues.

Qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of post-high school education (Bachelor’s preferred) and roughly 2 years’ experience with youth, plus pass

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-high school education (bachelors preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience working with youth.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Oversee licensing and corporate compliance at the site.
• Own staff and student training; initial training and refreshers.
• Administer recertifications and provide targeted coaching for new hires.
• Coordinate training across the site for new initiatives and programs.
