Rite of Passage at Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska, is hiring a full-time Compliance Coordinator and Trainer to support licensing and corporate compliance at the site. You will oversee staff and student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, recertifications, and targeted coaching for new hires or performance issues.

Qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of post-high school education (Bachelor’s preferred) and roughly 2 years’ experience with youth, plus pass

Pay: starting at $50,000/annually (Higher starting pay for someone with more experience)

What you will do: As a Compliance Coordinator and Trainer, you will provide assistance with accomplishing licensing and corporate compliance atour site. You are also responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications. Assisting with individual staff training for those new to their role or experiencing performance issues, new initiatives or required training across the site, and student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).

To be considered, you should: Possess at least 2 years of post-high school education (bachelors degree preferred) ~ 2 years of experience working with youth ~ Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Full-Time Schedule

Tuesday - Friday 12 p.m.- 8 p.m, alternating Saturday & Sunday (hours agreed upon with DGL/PD ahead of time as it will depend on training needs)
