Job summary

Uta Halee Academy in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Compliance Coordinator and Trainer to support licensing and corporate compliance at our site. You will oversee staff and student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications, while helping staff new to roles and implementing new training initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of post-high school education (bachelors degree preferred).
• Approximately 2 years of experience working with youth.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with licensing and corporate compliance at our site.
• Oversee all staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications.
• Assist with individual staff training for new to their role or performance issues, new initiatives or required training across the site.
• Coordinate student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).

Pay: starting at $50,000/annually (Higher starting pay for someone with more experience)

What you will do: As a Compliance Coordinator and Trainer, you will provide assistance with accomplishing licensing and corporate compliance atour site. You are also responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff and designated student training, including initial training, annual refreshers, and recertifications. Assisting with individual staff training for those new to their role or experiencing performance issues, new initiatives or required training across the site, and student training as applicable (Orientation class, bullying, PRPs, PSD, POC, PREA, etc.).

Full-Time Schedule

Tuesday - Friday 12 p.m.- 8 p.m, alternating Saturday & Sunday (hours agreed upon with DGL/PD ahead of time as it will depend on training needs)
