Compensation Range: $78,600 - $110,000, varies based on experience, education, skills, and location.

Job Purpose

The Compliance Training & Contracts Specialist ensures compliance with training-related regulations and delivers engaging, user-centered learning experiences. The role involves managing stakeholders, navigating complex opinions, and balancing compliance with learner engagement. Additionally, the role oversees contracts, vendors, and partnerships supporting the Global Talent Development team, ensuring cost-effective, compliant solutions, SOPs, audit readiness, and internal controls.

Preference for East Coast work hours to facilitate collaboration with EMEA & APAC teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage compliance training delivery for new hires and annual training.
  • Lead and maintain a Compliance Committee for training materials.
  • Identify compliance risks and collaborate with internal partners to address them.
  • Ensure training content aligns with industry and legal standards.
  • Balance stakeholder priorities, focusing on compliance and learner experience.
  • Gather feedback to improve training programs.
  • Manage contracts, vendors, and partnerships, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts, oversee renewals, and evaluate vendor performance.
  • Partner with procurement and legal teams for compliance in vendor management.
  • Assess third-party training providers and systems.
  • Monitor LMS training launches and develop SOPs for compliance and governance.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in contracts and vendor agreements.
  • Lead audit responses and maintain documentation for compliance standards.
  • Track metrics related to training completion, audit readiness, and vendor performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Certification in Compliance or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in legal, audit, procurement, risk management, or regulated environments is a plus.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, compliance content, and vendor governance.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced settings.
