KMG Prestige in the Twin Cities, MN area is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Support Center team. The role focuses on agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertifications, sending notices, and monitoring resident accounts within a deadline-driven schedule.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently across multiple sites in Minneapolis & St. Paul.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in affordable housing (preferred).

Responsibilities

Compliance Specialists are responsible for agency reporting, processing move-ins and recertifications, sending out notices, monitoring resident accounts, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.

You Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in affordable housing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• 2 years experience with Tax Credit required
• Travel to sites required, but limited to special assignments (Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN)
