Qualifications

• Current Compliance certification preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HUD and LIHTC program regulations, up to and including HOTMA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for agency reporting.
• Processing move-ins and recertifications.
• Sending out notices and monitoring resident accounts.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word

Proficiency in Excel

Proficiency in Outlook

Experience with low income housing, specifically HUD Section 8 and/or LIHTC

Illinois Tax Credit Experience

Experience with Onesite Property management software or similar

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks

You Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with low income housing, specifically HUD Section 8 and/or LIHTC
• Illinois Tax Credit Experience
• Experience with Onesite Property management software or similar
• Demonstrated knowledge of HUD and LIHTC program regulations, up to and including HOTMA
