KMG Prestige in Chicago, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist who thrives in a deadline-driven environment. You will manage agency reporting, move-ins, recertifications, notices, and resident accounts to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate has HUD/LIHTC experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently to keep processes compliant and accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD or LIHTC programs (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in affordable housing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
