KMG Prestige is seeking a Compliance Specialist in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN) to join our Support Center.

The role focuses on agency reporting, move-ins, recertifications, notices, and resident account monitoring, requiring detail-orientation, deadlines, and independent work capability. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tax Credit, strong communication, and proficient use of Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus the ability to travel for special assignments in the

• 2 years experience with Tax Credit
• Experience in affordable housing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong time management and organizational skills

You Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Experience in affordable housing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently
• 2 years experience with Tax Credit required
• Travel to sites required, but limited to special assignments (Minneapolis & St. Paul, MN)
