Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance audits of cultivation, processing, production, and transportation.
• Monitor METRC for inventory accuracy and transfers.
• Review logs and records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Support regulatory risk assessments for new markets and projects.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and assist with filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance in operations.
