Job summary

Harmar Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support installer account data in Salesforce and ensure compliance across COI and certifications.

You will assist with new installer applications, maintain existing accounts, and support Field Service tasks including setup, mobile app help, and reporting. Strong communication, organization, and data analytics skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 4 years related experience, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role; data analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar field service apps preferred.
• Strong record-keeping and adherence to quality control procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to groups.
• High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installer account data management in Salesforce to support operations.
• Support submission of new installer applications and maintenance of existing accounts.
• Track COI expirations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in evaluating new installers and obtaining approvals.
• Support Salesforce Field Service setup, mobile app help, work orders, and basic reporting.
• Participate in audits and communications with installers.

This position focuses on assisting the Director of LiftSquad with the efficient creation and maintenance of installer account data in Salesforce, ensuring compliance and seamless operations.

Duties

• Assist with the ongoing management of installer account data which is vital for business operations.


• Support account data management processes related to the submission new installer applications and maintenance of existing accounts.


• Manage the procedures for tracking certificate of insurance (COI) expirations and ensuring compliance.


• Assist with evaluating the need for new installers and obtaining necessary approvals.


• Support regular audits and related communication with installers.


• Support Salesforce Field Service, including user setup, mobile app help, work orders, and basic reporting;

Key Accountabilities

• Ensuring continuous compliance and process improvement.


• Understand the documentation required for account creation, including COI and certifications.


• Understand the importance of record-keeping and adhering to quality control procedures.


• Support effective use of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and related processes.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in education, communications or technical field; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer-facing field, data analytics experience preferred.


• Experience with Salesforce or similar field service applications is preferred.


• Understand the importance of record-keeping and adhering to quality control procedures


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Ability to present to small-medium sized groups


• High level of organizational skills


• Ability to communicate, motivate and cooperate with all levels of staff


• Knowledge of reporting tools and data analytics including trend forecasting and demand planning


• Knowledge of computer applications, including the Internet, Google platform, and Microsoft Office applications
