Position: Compliance Specialist (Remote)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Review rental and LIHTC/HUD applications within 24 hours.
• Document application status in YARDI.
• Conduct on-site audits, set up files, train staff, and provide ongoing education.
• Prepare and submit compliance audit reports within 30 days.
• Communicate with Community Managers on compliance issues.
• Train on-site personnel as needed.
• Manage Tenant Income Certifications for tax credit reporting.
• Maintain and report on compliance activities, recertifications, and files.
• Assist with income limit reviews, EIV reports, and vendor corrections.
• Travel to properties for audits as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience with LIHTC and HUD programs.
• Proficiency with Yardi software.
