Compliance Specialist
Location: Remote Located in Central California
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000
POSITION SUMMARY
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all properties within Rainey’s portfolio adhere to applicable housing regulations, including Fair Housing laws, tax credit (LIHTC), HUD, and other affordable housing programs. This role involves conducting audits, providing training, and working closely with property teams to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.
Please Note: To be considered for this role, applicants must reside in Central California.
This Compliance Specialist position will support our Central California portfolio, including properties in Lompoc, Dinuba , and other surrounding areas within the region.
