The Role: Quality Assurance & Compliance, Specialist

Are you a specialist QA Tester with a keen eye for pixel-perfect software quality?

Are you seeking the next chapter in your career where you can apply your skills across our global multi-tenant euHReka estate, serving 1 million people payroll worldwide on the latest SAP HANA infrastructure in SAP PCE cloud? If so, this challenge may be for you.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the applications supported by the organization.
2. Gather and analyze data to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements.
3. Responsible for end-to-end execution of QA activities assigned, including planning, designing, and executing tests at all levels as defined in the SDLC, with sufficient domain and application knowledge.
4. Lead some QA activities, influence team performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
5. Support and mentor junior team members, participate in problem-solving, and prioritize QA activities effectively.
6. Knowledge of automation tools, preferably Tosca, is advantageous.
