Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or risk management.
• 3–5 years in compliance, risk management, audit or related banking field.
• Knowledge of credit union regulations and enterprise risk management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support CMS maintenance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments across operations, IT, lending, and deposits.
• Assist with regulatory examinations and audits.
• Develop risk dashboards and management reports.
• Coordinate compliance training and awareness initiatives.
