Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and strong analytical/communication skills.
• Experience with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and reporting.
• Experience with data analytics tools and regulatory reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRA and monitoring programs.
• Create risk reports, dashboards, and scorecards for governance committees.
• Analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, and control gaps.
• Support issue management, remediation tracking, and governance processes.
