Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Compliance Risk Analytics & Reporting Officer to support development, execution, reporting, and ongoing improvement of the bank's compliance risk assessment and monitoring programs. The role partners with Compliance, Technology and Audit to enhance risk transparency and governance reporting.

The ideal candidate blends compliance, risk management, analytics, and communication skills to translate data into actionable risk insights and recommendations. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Monitoring & Testing, Data Analytics, BI, or related functions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations (OCC/FRB/CFPB, state regs) and governance principles.
• Experience with risk data, controls, monitoring, findings, issues, or governance processes.
• Experience with GRC platforms (Archer, RSA, ServiceNow) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) program and related risk libraries.
• Support Compliance Monitoring Program execution, reporting, and governance activities.
• Analyze and report compliance risk data; identify trends and emerging risk themes.
• Prepare executive reporting materials and governance dashboards.
• Provide independent review and challenge of risk information and monitoring outputs.
• Support continuous improvement of risk reporting and governance capabilities.
