Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of compliance/data reporting, paralegal, consulting, and/or banking experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Familiarity with banking compliance laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive compliance risk reports and dashboards for executive management, the board of directors, committees, and other stakeholders (50%).
• Work with the three lines of defense stakeholders across the organization to timely obtain relevant information for various compliance reports, dashboards, and other internal projects (20%).
• Oversee the development and maintenance of compliance reporting libraries, shared drives, and documentation repositories (5%).
• Conduct reviews of compliance policies, procedures, and other documents to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal practices (5%).
• Support the Compliance Department in collecting and preparing information required to respond to regulatory requests, findings, audits, and/or examinations (5%).
• Engage with appropriate stakeholders on various regulatory developments to understand impacts and requirements (10%).
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed (5%).
