Job summary

Provident Bank is seeking a Compliance Reporting & Regulatory Change Analyst to support compliance reporting, governance, and regulatory change management. The role emphasizes executive-level reporting such as dashboards and trend analyses to enhance risk visibility for management and the Board.

The analyst will monitor regulatory developments, prepare memoranda, and assist with implementation planning and governance communications, ensuring data accuracy and organized records across SharePoint

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory change management, governance, reporting, analytics, or related financial services function.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem solving skills with ability to analyze data and prepare governance reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey complex info clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint with experience in reports, dashboards, metrics, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and enhance compliance reporting for executive management, committees, and the Board; develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting methodologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate information for compliance reporting and governance materials.
• Support Regulatory Change Management by monitoring developments, assessing applicability, documenting obligations, and assisting with reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications, maintain trackers, monitor action items, and escalate delays to management.
