Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a hands-on leader to work directly with classroom staff to improve quality, maintain Michigan child care licensing compliance, and provide daily coaching and support.

You will observe classrooms, model best practices, coach staff, and work with site administrators to ensure safe, high-quality learning environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed Michigan child care center.
• Strong knowledge of Michigan child care licensing rules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and hold staff accountable.
• Positive, approachable, confident, and comfortable working directly in classrooms.
