Job summary

Caring Hands Childcare & Preschool in Redford, MI is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead daily operations, ensure licensing compliance, and foster an engaging learning environment for children and families.

You will mentor teachers, develop enrollment growth strategies, manage records and budgets, and maintain strong community relationships. Bachelor's degree in ECE preferred, 2+ years in childcare leadership, and excellent communication skills required.
