Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years bank experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for secondary market quality control audits and maintain related reporting.
• Maintain communication with First Community Mortgage personnel and related third parties for timely processing and reporting of QC audits.
• Perform monthly or quarterly quality control reviews of HMDA data and back up HMDA validation.
• Assist with compliance reporting, committee preparation, and training materials.
