Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as project manager for secondary market QC audits and manage related reporting
• Maintain communication with mortgage personnel and related third parties for QC audits
• Perform monthly or quarterly HMDA data quality reviews and back up HMDA validation
• Support Compliance Management Framework by gathering work papers, sampling, reviewing programs against regulations and reporting
• Prepare and maintain compliance lending reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
• Maintain department reporting for advisory research on consumer compliance topics
• Provide timely status updates to manager and assist with Compliance Committee materials
• Utilize all compliance software and assist in developing training materials
• Assist in developing, maintaining and revising bank compliance policies and procedures
• Review and update materials for assigned projects
• Develop strong working relationships with business units
• Prepare and compile data for audits/examinations
• Provide support to staff and travel as needed
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned
