Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in material management, procurement, sourcing, program management or analytics within a matrixed or global organization.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret supplier and product data and translate findings into actionable supplier, sourcing and engineering outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and PowerPoint (presentation design and storytelling); experience with Databricks, Tableau, Power BI or SQL preferred.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and geographies.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with product or environmental regulatory requirements is an advantage but not required; the right supply chain professional will be developed on the regulatory detail.

Responsibilities

• Supply Base Survey & Data Management: Own the supply base survey process - determine which suppliers, parts and materials to survey and to what level of detail, drive collection across the supply base, and hold suppliers accountable for complete, accurate and timely responses.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze large and complex supplier and product data sets using advanced analytics tools (Excel, Databricks, Tableau etc.) to identify exposure, risk and gaps. Develop the reporting that drives compliance and cost initiatives and informs sourcing decisions.
• Action Translation & Execution: Convert survey findings into prioritized supplier, sourcing and engineering actions - coordinating part changes, supplier requirements and engineering change with Supplier Account Management, Supplier Engineering, the Design Engineering Authority and the Business Unit materials through implementation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Serve as the Global Supply Chain point of contact for product and environmental regulatory requirements, including US-EPA/TSCA and EU/REACH, partnering with the Compliance Legal team on formal interpretation and with EHS as needed.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple compliance projects and programs simultaneously, applying best-in-class methodologies to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, milestones and resource allocation.
• Communication & Influence: Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. Create impactful presentations and facilitate meetings to drive consensus and decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality. Ensure all phases of project, program and process development are documented and disseminated to the relevant functional areas.
