Job summary

Onramp Bitcoin is seeking a compliance analyst to own and run the compliance program, including transaction monitoring, CDD/EDD reviews, and regulatory responses. You will work on a distributed team, handling AI automation and SOC 2 prep.

The role covers building and refining rules, managing KYC configurations, and partnering with regulators, with remote-first collaboration and the Bitcoin-only mission.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in compliance in crypto/fintech.
• Direct Bitcoin or digital asset experience.
• Hands-on experience with KYC tooling and transaction monitoring.
• Experience working remotely on high agency remote/async teams.
• Strong written communication; drafting procedures and exam responses.

Responsibilities

• Compliance Program Execution: transaction monitoring review, CDD/EDD, OFAC screening, SAR drafting, reporting.
• Program Operations: manage compliance tech stack, SOC 2 evidence, vendor risk, policy maintenance.
• Regulatory exam prep and regulator data requests.
