Ideally, candidates would be located in Indianapolis, IN, for onsite work one day per week, but the role can be fully remote.

- Group recently launched a new methodology called Jobs to be Done, which looks at personas building technology for, what jobs are, and tracking all programs in transformation against those jobs.
- We need someone with program management experience who can evaluate program delivery (process or technology changes) against the Jobs to be Done model. They will also monitor which jobs are transformed by strategic initiatives and programs driven through the organization.
- This role involves a lot of documentation, stakeholder meetings, and updating the Jobs to be Done framework. It is a significant program management position requiring autonomous operation of the program.
- Skills: Must have some level of program management and business analysis experience with program management responsibilities. Familiarity with Google Sheets and Salesforce reports is beneficial. Good written communication skills are essential, as the role is stakeholder-facing.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize the Jobs to be Done framework within our program operating model, including creating business requirements documents, requirements writing, and strategic planning artifacts.
- Evaluate Jobs to be Done coverage against program capabilities and strategic planning roadmaps.
- Align Jobs to be Done with our business value driver methodology to measure value and job frequency.
- Plan, facilitate, and engage with business users at various levels to understand and support the quarterly refresh of the framework.
- Conduct data analysis using Salesforce reports and Tableau to support business value metrics.
- Recommend cohorts of users to activate within programs, related to Jobs to be Done coverage.
Required Skills / Experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a business analyst.
- Self-starter with an autonomous approach to work.
- Familiarity with process flow mapping and building future state processes; experience with Lucidchart is a plus.
- Experience working with both business and technical teams, coordinating solution design, development, configuration, and deployment across multiple teams.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven competencies, able to leverage usage and adoption data to drive value and change.
- Proven ability to coordinate diverse business users to develop cohesive program artifacts.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work within a global, virtual, and distributed team environment, with flexibility across time zones.
- Ability to support team members and improve work processes.
