Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Compliance Program Coordinator to support Market Area Americas and strengthen the ethics and compliance program. You will coordinate program deliverables, compile metrics, and ensure smooth operations across due diligence tracking, reporting, and executive support.

The role involves partnering with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, People & HR, and other stakeholders, supporting M&A due diligence, and maintaining the compliance calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications in compliance or project management are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or a related coordination role, ideally supporting senior leadership within a large multinational organization.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and monitoring of Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program, including third-party due diligence, risk assessments, and audit and regulatory deliverable tracking.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and case tracking tools that keep leadership and committees informed of program status.
• Coordinate compliance training logistics and support the distribution and tracking of compliance policies.
• Partner with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, People & HR, and other stakeholders to support compliance priorities and program alignment.
• Assist with compliance due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and support compliance-related M&A integration activities.
• Coordinate the compliance calendar, meetings, events, and documentation, and provide day-to-day support to the Head of Compliance.
