Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Compliance Program Coordinator to support its Market Area Americas. You will coordinate program deliverables, compile metrics, and keep operations running across due diligence tracking, reporting, and executive support.

The role partners with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and People & HR to align priorities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in compliance or related coordination, strong organizational skills, and comfort with data tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or related coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple deliverables.
  • Comfort with data and reporting tools; willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and monitoring of Ericsson’s ethics and compliance program, including third-party due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and case-tracking tools for leadership visibility.
  • Coordinate compliance training logistics and policy distribution/tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, People & HR to support priorities.
  • Assist due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and support M&A integration activities.
  • Coordinate the compliance calendar, meetings, and documentation; assist the Head of Compliance.
