Job summary

Ericsson Inc. seeks a Compliance Program Coordinator to support Market Area Americas, coordinating program deliverables, due diligence, and metrics. You will partner with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and People & HR to ensure alignment and timely execution of compliance initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in compliance or related fields, with strong organizational and communication skills. Some travel is expected as part of the Americas coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk, or related coordination role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of ethics and compliance program, including third-party due diligence and risk assessments.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and case tracking tools for leadership visibility.
• Coordinate compliance training logistics and policy distribution/tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Legal, Finance, People & HR to align priorities.
• Assist with due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and support integration activities.
• Coordinate the compliance calendar, meetings, and documentation for Head of Compliance.
• Travel as required across the Americas.
