Job summary

CVS Health's Omnicare division is seeking a Front End Compliance Technician to join our closed-door pharmacy team. You will help maintain workflow, verify orders with pharmacists, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines while delivering high-quality service to long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for dosage accuracy, log records, and triaging customer requests.

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One year or more of pharmacy technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and assist pharmacist to ensure accuracy.
• Provide information on allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items flagged by the system.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
