Responsibilities

• Calculate and/or verify correct dosage based on prescriptions.
• Assist in reviewing narcotics Rx's and ensure timely processing.
• Provide pharmacists with information on allergies, drug interactions and flags.
• Create and maintain accurate customer records.
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required.
