Responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight and independent challenge for assigned business lines
• Maintain an engagement model for other areas of Compliance
• Be SME for applicable laws and regulations and advise on risk and controls
• Monitor activity via issues management, testing, and forums; present for approval
• Lead change management for new/updated state laws and regulatory initiatives
• Manage and track regulatory issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the compliance framework
