The role emphasizes maintaining accurate records, timely communication, and adherence to regulatory timelines while growing expertise in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of insurance regulatory and audit compliance experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, calendars, and task-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep regulatory calendars, filings, renewals, and deadlines up to date.
• Organize records and ensure documentation is easy to find.
• Help prepare filings, correspondence, and materials for review.
• Track assigned actions and coordinate information across departments.
• Research regulatory updates and translate them into practical steps.
• Keep trackers, procedures, and other compliance tools current.
• Assist with monitoring, testing, and regulatory examinations.
• Speak up when information is missing, deadlines are at risk, or escalation is needed.
