Job summary

CompSource Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Compliance Specialist I in Oklahoma City with a hybrid work schedule (3 in office, 2 remote). You will organize regulatory calendars, filings, renewals, and deadlines, ensuring accurate documentation across teams.

You will support the Director of Compliance by tracking actions, researching regulatory updates, and turning them into practical next steps, while maintaining compliant records and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in insurance regulatory and audit compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, SharePoint, calendars, and task-tracking tools.

You’ll work with the Director of Compliance and teams across the company in a collaborative, structured, and building-oriented environment. You’ll follow established procedures while helping improve and document how work gets done. In this role, you’ll:Keep regulatory calendars, filings, renewals, and deadlines up to date.Organize records and make sure documentation is easy to find.Help prepare filings, correspondence, and materials for review.Track assigned actions, coordinate information across departments, communicate requirements, and document completion.Research regulatory updates and help turn them into practical next steps.Keep trackers, procedures, and other compliance tools current.Help with monitoring, testing, and regulatory examinations.Speak up when information is missing, deadlines are at risk, or something needs a closer look.
