Requirements

• Recent graduate from any Business Major
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Basic knowledge or experience in the remittance industry and customer support roles
• Experience with G Suite products
• Open to working on weekends
• Good communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various schedules
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• KYC Review & Verification: Review customer documents (ID, proof of address, etc.) to verify identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure timely and accurate processing for smooth onboarding.
• Partner Communication: Liaise with disbursement partners, share verified customer information, and ensure compliance documentation is transferred accurately.
• Compliance Support: Stay updated on KYC and AML regulations; report discrepancies or issues to the compliance team.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain compliance records accurately, assist in audits, and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
