Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; Insurance or Business background preferred.
• 3+ years’ relevant compliance experience; mid-level position.
• Ability to understand TruStage’s business model and compliance risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the corporate entity lifecycle and ensure entities stay in good standing across jurisdictions.
• Prepare, file and monitor state regulatory filings and amendments by deadlines.
• Maintain corporate records for audit readiness and ensure accuracy in management systems.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update filings and processes as needed.
• Serve as SME for entity management processes and guide internal stakeholders.
