Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission in Wisconsin or applicable jurisdiction.
• Five to eight years of legal experience in corporate law and transactional matters.
• Expertise in corporate law and experience communicating contracting.
• Familiarity with TruStage operations and corporate affairs.
• Strong negotiation, analysis, reasoning, creativity, and judgment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on legal matters across the organization.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents.
• Lead transactional activities with strategic partners and vendors.
• Supervise outside counsel and manage complex legal projects.
• Ensure corporate legal compliance with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Provide business-focused legal options to facilitate corporate objectives.
• Develop legal knowledge and align with TruStage operations.
• Support continuous improvement and uphold TruStage values.
• Inform and advise the business on legal issues; build client relationships.
