Job summary

LEDIC Realty Management / Envolve is seeking a Compliance Monitor to oversee regulatory compliance for assigned properties, with the possibility of onsite office or remote work as approved. The role reports to the SVP of Compliance and involves coordinating daily oversight and audit preparation across LIHTC, HUD, and related programs.

The candidate should bring 3+ years in property management, proficiency with Windows/YARDI or similar software, and a customer-focused approach to ensure adherence

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in Property Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows & Office, YARDI and/or other computer software.
• Advanced certifications HCCP, COS, TCS, BOS, C3P preferred but not required.
• Previous Affordable Housing Compliance Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Oriented.

Responsibilities

• Strict Compliance and adherence to LIHTC, HUD, BOND, HOME, CDBG, and RD compliance and reporting requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to approved company policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assist in implementing plans and goals developed by the SVP for the department.
• Work under the supervision of the SVP of Compliance to coordinate and supervise daily compliance oversight.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain scheduling of audits/reviews and represent the company when needed.
• Create reports and submit to the SVP or other Executives.
• Conduct On-Site File Reviews and create a corrective action report for site staff to follow.
• Perform regular unannounced inspections of assigned portfolio and general work to ensure company standards are followed.
• Travel may be required at times.
• Ensure properties scheduled for compliance audits or MOR’s are properly pre-audited and prepared.
• Updating, monitoring and ensuring strict compliance with all EIV reports.
• Review Supportive Service LURA requirements and ensure requirements are met according to the LURA.
• Review on-site waiting lists to ensure compliance is met.
• Assess and make recommendations to the SVP of Compliance regarding additional training needs for property management staff as well as compliance issues and concerns.
• YARDi Application Approvals and Dates Completed
